It was with his father, Late Mahadev Chandra Dhara, and alongside his brothers that Late Mukti Pada Dhara first stepped into the world of jewellery in 1956 — learning the art not just as a skill, but as a legacy passed down through generations.
In 1960, driven by vision and a pursuit of excellence, he established his own atelier — “Mukti Pada Dhara Jewellers” — marking the beginning of a distinguished journey defined by integrity, precision, and quiet mastery.
Rooted in a family of jewellers, his work carried the depth of heritage and the refinement of experience. Each creation reflected his unwavering commitment to purity, intricate detailing, and timeless elegance — values that earned the trust of generations.
His jewellery was never merely ornamental; it became part of personal histories, celebrations, and enduring traditions.

১৯৫৬ সালে, তাঁর পিতা প্রয়াত মহাদেব চন্দ্র ধারার হাত ধরে এবং ভাইদের সাথে মিলে প্রয়াত মুক্তিপদ ধারা প্রথম অলঙ্কার শিল্পের জগতে পা রাখেন। তিনি এই শিল্পকে কেবল একটি দক্ষতা হিসেবে নয়, বরং প্রজন্ম থেকে প্রজন্মান্তরে বয়ে চলা এক উত্তরাধিকার হিসেবে গ্রহণ করেছিলেন।
১৯৬০ সালে, দূরদর্শী ভাবনা এবং শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের সন্ধানে তিনি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন তাঁর নিজস্ব প্রতিষ্ঠান — “মুক্তিপদ ধারা জুয়েলার্স”। সততা, সূক্ষ্মতা এবং নিভৃত মগ্নতায় শুরু হয় এক গৌরবময় যাত্রা।
